At VIP Textile, we are listed as an essential service open for business. However, the safety and well-being of our clients and staff is our priority, as is the responsibility to our communities during this critical time. We are monitoring the coronavirus (COVID-19) situation daily and have implemented several precautionary measures to prevent the spread within the workplace and on-site. We are available to take care of any of your laundry or textile requirements.

We have 3 separate cleaning process that we have developed to eliminate the Virus in textiles. Depending on the item that needs to be cleaned will dictate what process we will use. The end result however will be the same. A professionally sanitized, clean and fresh finished product.

Option 1 – MPO

The Multiphase Photocatalytic Oxidation (MPO) process attacks all organic microorganisms in the textile. Our process is non-selective and eliminates all human omissions and has been used to reduce the spread during other pandemic outbreaks. This process has proven effective against coronavirus variants as well as many other common bacterial and viral pathogens.
This option is ideal for large bulky items or items that need to be hand washed.

Option 2 – Chemo Thermal Wet Cleaning

High temperature water combined with a custom formulated detergent, which is processed for a set amount of time. This method of treatment will effectively disinfect and clean the garments. High temperature drying when applicable is also applied.
This process is ideal for towels, sheets, and clothing.

Option 3 – Chemo Thermal Dry Cleaning

For dry clean only garments and certain specialty fabrics. High temperature, environmentally friendly detergent, and high heat drying ensure proper sterilization and cleaning. Silks, leathers, suede and wool items would be processed with this process.

Our team and our equipment are prepared and here to help you to navigate through these troubled times. We thank you for trusting us and our processes during these challenging times.

We are following guidance from the World Health Organization (WHO) and governmental agencies as we navigate this situation.

Thank you for your steadfast support of our business—we are truly grateful.
