Our experienced technicians sort the garments by fabric type, condition, and level of soiling. This allows us to determine the most appropriate treatment, whether it’s standard cleaning or specialized restoration.

Selection
Based on the evaluation, items are directed to one or more of the following processes:

On pickup day, place your laundry in the VIP sack and leave it at the agreed location. We’ll collect it on schedule.

Your laundry is taken to our shop, where it’s cleaned, pressed, folded, or hung, just the way you requested.
We clean and deliver
Your items return fresh, clean, and ready to use, delivered right to your home or workplace.
* We offer complimentary pick up and delivery service on orders above $50. A $5 fee applies to smaller orders.
